Jill Dobson Nutrition Consulting is currently working with MD Health Evolution to provide a comprehensive health promotion program to corporations.

MD Health Evolution is a 12-week program, designed by a Stanford physician, Kelly Traver MD, providing education, coaching support and practical strategies for living healthy in today’s fast-paced world.  The program is designed as follows:

  • Three 5-minute, on-line educational videos to be viewed weekly which teach the health principles.
  • Face-to-face, phone and/or online support weekly with your own personal coach to help you learn how to apply the health principles to your own individual life.
  • Action items given weekly for an easy-to-follow, step-by-step process to achieve optimal health.

The program focuses on teaching how all aspects of health are interconnected -- stress, sleep, mood, nutrition, physical activity -- along with ways to optimize health in each of these categories. 

Prior participants using this educational platform have been extremely successful in areas of weight loss, stress management, cholesterol, blood pressure and blood sugar lowering, and smoking cessation among others.
